  1. I received an incorrect/ defect item. What should I do?
    First of all, please accept our sincere apologies! We hope it doesn’t stop you from shopping with us again. We strive to create a delightful customer experience for everyone, so please complete the return form and send it back to us together with the order slip and incorrect item to our address below:

    If the item is still in stock, we will exchange the item for you. If the item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit which is valid for 1 year. For postage fees, we will also reimburse you in the form of store credit which is valid for 1 year.

  2. What if an item is missing from my order?
    Again, please accept our sincere apologies! Please write to us at customer@loveknotlabel.com and we will attend to it immediately! In the email, share your Order ID with us and let us know what is missing.

  3. Can I exchange or return an item?
    You may exchange an item in the following circumstances:
  • Item received is incorrect (e.g. size, color, design, etc.)
  • Item received is faulty (e.g. missing button, zip, etc.)
  • Item received is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached.

You may seek for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Item due for an exchange is out of stock. You will be refunded in the form of store credits which are valid for 1 year.

However, all sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. 

  1. When do I have to exchange or return an item?
    For local orders, it should be done within 7 working days. For international orders, it should be done within 14 working days. Any orders which exceed the stipulated period will not be eligible for exchange or return.

  2. How do I send an item back to Love Knot?
    Please mail it to the following address:

    Kindly note that shipping costs for exchanges and returns are non-refundable. We recommend parcels to be sent via registered mail, to ensure the parcel does not go missing. We are not liable for any missing parcels which are sent to us.

  3. How long will I need to wait for my store credit?
    We will process it as soon as we receive the item from you. Please allow 3 to 5 working days before it is reflected in your account.
