All return items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns are strictly reimbursable in store credit terms only.
What items are eligible for return?
- All items are eligible for return except for items under Sale, Innerwear and Accessories category.
- Incorrect or defective items are eligible for exchange and return.
- Items must be in its original condition - tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined.
Terms and Conditions
- Return can only be done one time per order, meaning that any order made with return store credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
- Any unused/unutilised store credit balance shall be forfeited and will not be further refunded.
- Any used/credited reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
- Return store credit can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount.
How to return?
- Returns will be refunded in store credit terms only.
- Once submitted, our team will review your return request within 3 working days.
- Upon approval of your return request, you are required to mail the item back to us within 7 days to our warehouse. You may mail the item via the following options:

Please include the order slip in your return parcel to us. Any unclaimed parcels will not be returned.
- Upon receiving the item, our team will process the return within 3 working days.
- Our team will email you the store credit details within 3 working days.
Note: Shipping costs for items returned to us are not reimbursable, except for incorrect or defect items. We recommend parcels to be sent via registered mail, to ensure the parcel does not go missing. We are not liable for any missing parcels which are sent to us.
