  1. Must I register as a Love Knot member to shop?
    Yes, it helps speed up the process for future orders! We will store your billing and shipping details, past transactions and payment status. Help us, help you. 
  1. What if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
    If you’ve forgotten your password, just click the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ button and it will be emailed to you right away. If you still do not receive an email, please write to us at customer@loveknotlabel.com and we will assist you as soon as we can!
  1. What is your online security policy?
    Your safety and security is of utmost importance to us. Be rest assured that we do not sell nor disclose any of our customers’ personal information to other parties for any purposes.
  1. Will you pass my details to any other companies?
    Definitely not! All information on our platform is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with anyone else.

Love Knotters Circle Account (Rewards Program)

  1. What is Love Knotters Circle and why should I sign up?
    It is a rewards program, exclusive for Love Knot customers! Join our circle today and earn exclusive rewards! You get rewarded when you shop, exclusive invites to special sales or launches as well as a gift on your birthday from us!
  1. How do I sign up and view my account?
    Click here to access your Love Knotters Circle account. Log in with your usual Love Knot credentials. If you do not have an account with us, then create one!

  2. What are Knots?
    Knots are like rewards or loyalty points. Every RM spent in our store will entitle you with 1 Knot. The more Knots you accumulate, the more discounts you can get off your next order with us!
  1. Do I have to setup a Love Knot Customer account to join the Love Knotters Circle?
    Yes, you have to! Your login details will be the same as your customer account login details. All orders from your customer account will be linked to your Love Knotters Circle account. 

  2. How do I redeem my Knots?
    To use your Knots, simply go to ‘Rewards’ and select a reward you would like to redeem. Once redeemed, you will receive a discount code for your next order!

  3. Do Knots expire?
    No, they have no expiry date and can be used for purchase of any item on the website.

  4. Are Knots transferable/ refundable?

    No, unfortunately Reward Points are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  5. Oh no, my Knots are missing!
    Kindly contact our customer service team at customer@loveknotlabel.com and we will help you rectify it!

  6. How do I apply my discount?
    You may enter the discount code in the ‘Discount’ field on the checkout page. Please make sure that you are logged into your account when applying the code.
  1. Are there any terms & conditions for the discounts redeemed?
    It is available for registered members only and applicable once only in a single receipt. Discount codes cannot be combined and are not exchangeable for cash. Love Knot has the rights to amend their terms & conditions at any time.
  1. Can I return & exchange items that I have purchased with the discounts redeemed?
    Yes you may, but we will only exchange or return the value of the item after discount. If you have any questions, please write to us at customer@loveknotlabel.com!
  1. Will I be refunded in Knots if I return an item that I purchased with the discounts redeemed?
    Unfortunately, Knots are non-refundable as it has been utilized for your prior purchase.
