  1.  Where do you ship to?

    We ship worldwide! If your country is not in the list below and you are keen to order from us, please write to us at customer@loveknotlabel.com and we will work something out for you!
  1. How much are the shipping fees?

    We offer free shipping to anywhere in Malaysia for orders above RM50. For orders below RM50, it will be RM8 flat rate to anywhere in Malaysia.

  1. How long does delivery take?

We will ship your order out the next day once payment is made. If your order contains a backorder item:

  • For local orders, we will mail the ready items first and mail the backorder item later when it arrives.
  • For international orders, we will mail your order when the backorder item arrives.

  1. Which address should I ship my order to?

    If you are at work, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because postal services like Aramex operate between 8:30am to 8pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays.

    If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be sent back to us.

  2. What if I want to pick up my parcel myself?

    If your parcel is urgent and would like to pick up your order, you may do so. Kindly select 'Self-Collect' when selecting the shipping method at check out. You may pick up your parcel from Monday to Saturday, from 10.00am to 6.00pm at the address below:

  3. Are the items in my cart reserved exclusively for me?

    Unfortunately not. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, that item will be available to other buyers. Our items are available in limited quantities, so an item may sell out before you checkout. 

  4. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

    All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Love Knot has no control over the fees imposed and hence are unable to reimburse the amount.
