Order & Payment

  1. How do I place an order?
    1. Register as a Love Knot customer by clicking here.
    2. Shop around our online store! If you are looking for something specific, use the search function to help you, otherwise you can browse by category under ‘Shop All’.
    3. Once you have found the item you like, select your size and/or quantity and ‘Add to Cart’.
    4. You can either ‘Continue Shopping’ or proceed to check out by clicking on ‘Check Out’.
    5. If you have any specific requests (e.g. including a birthday wish for a friend), please ‘Add Notes to Order’ and we will work out something for you!
    6. If you have a discount code that you would like to use, key it in before checking out.

  1. I can’t seem to checkout my cart. What is wrong?
    Likely it is because we have ran out of stock for a particular item that you have added to your cart previously. To resolve this, click ‘Update Cart’ and item(s) which are out of stock will be removed from your card. If you face any further issues, please write to us at customer@loveknotlabel.com.
  1. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, you can! But please drop us an email at customer@loveknotlabel.com as soon as possible so that we do not pack and ship your order! If the order has been shipped, we would need you to return the items in an unused condition. All cancelled orders will be treated as a returned order and will be refunded in store credit only. 
  1. How do I add an order after checking out?
    You will have to place a new order. Sorry!
  1. Do you restock items?
    Yes, for most popular items we do try our best to restock them! However, we try not to restock too much to keep the item exclusive. Look out for our announcements on Instagram or Facebook on restocks!

  2. How do I apply my discount code?
    On the ‘Checkout’ page, key in your discount code. Your discount will be automatically applied. If you face any issues, please write to us at customer@loveknotlabel.com.  

  3. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept two payment methods:
    i. Ipay88
    ii. GrabPay

      Kindly note that all orders will be transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you face any issues making payment, please write to us at customer@loveknotlabel.com or drop us a message on our Instagram/FB page (@loveknotlabel).

    1. Can I opt to pay via Cash on Delivery (COD)?
      Unfortunately, we do not offer these services at the moment.

    2. If I faced an issue with payment, what should I do?
      Kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp at 016-6601469 immediately or email us at customer@loveknotlabel.com. Any duplicate transaction or transaction error will be refunded via original method of payment.
