Between 51 and 52 inches from the shoulder, so this is a full-length dress rather than a midi. Our model is 158cm and it falls to her ankle. On a taller frame it will sit a little higher, closer to the top of the foot.

Go by your bust. The sash shapes the waist, so that measurement matters far less. There's no stretch in the fabric, so if you're between sizes, take the larger one and let the sash do the rest.
