Yes. The buttons run the full length of the front and they work — this isn't a decorative placket. The relaxed cut means nothing pulls out of shape afterwards, and the ruffle neckline sits above the opening rather than across it.
Is it see-through?
No. It isn't lined — that's what keeps it light and airy — but the fabric is dense enough to be opaque on its own. Nothing needed underneath.
How does it fasten?

What do I wear it with?
With the matching skirt for something complete, or on its own — cream trousers, a plain midi skirt, jeans on a weekend. The print is placed rather than all-over, so it reads softer than a full floral and sits easily with neutrals.
How do I keep it looking new?
Light ironing on low heat, on the reverse so the ruffles aren't pressed flat. Wash gently and separately from darker colours, hang to dry in shade, and keep it away from bleach and the tumble dryer.
