How does it fit?

Loosely, and on purpose. This is cut with far more room than most of what we make — it's meant to sit away from the body, sleeves included. If you'd rather it fitted closer, take one size down from your usual.

Is it see-through?

No. It isn't lined, but the fabric is dense enough to be opaque on its own. Nothing needed underneath, even in the pale stripe.

What's the little red bow?

It's the Love Knot signature — a knot tied in red, embroidered small at the chest. A love knot is two hearts tied together, which is where the name comes from, so it seemed right to put it somewhere you'd notice quietly rather than across the front. It's stitched, not printed, and it's the only colour on the shirt.

How long is it?

Between 26 and 28 inches from the shoulder, so it sits at the hip. Long enough to wear out over trousers, and it tucks in cleanly if you'd rather define the waist.

What do I wear it with?

Tailored trousers or wide legs for the office, jeans on a weekend, and it works open over a camisole as a light layer in the aircon. Beige stripes sit with almost anything, so the rest of the outfit can stay very plain.

How do I keep it looking new?

Light ironing on low heat, and iron on the reverse around the signature so the embroidery isn't pressed flat. Wash gently, hang to dry in shade, and keep it away from bleach and the tumble dryer.
