How short are they?

14–15" (36–38cm) from the waist to the hem, depending on size. Our model is 158cm and wears the S — worn at the high waist, they land around mid-thigh. If you prefer your shorts closer to the knee, these will feel short.

Does the waist stretch?

Only at the back. The front waistband is flat and tailored so it sits neatly under a tucked top, and the back is elasticated for comfort when you sit. The fabric itself doesn't stretch, so size by your waist.

Will they fit my hips?

Most likely — the hips are cut roomy on every size (40–46"), so your waist is the measurement that decides it. Between sizes, the elastic back gives a little: size down for a neater waist, up if you like it relaxed.

Are the pockets real?

Yes — two side pockets, big enough for a phone and keys, set in so they lie flat.

What do I wear them with?

With the matching Emma top for an easy navy set. On their own, with a plain white tee and sneakers for weekends, or a tucked-in cream blouse and flat sandals for a lunch out.

How do I keep them looking new?

Turn them inside out and hand wash or use a gentle cycle in cool water with dark colours, so the sequins stay put and the navy stays deep. Hang to dry, out of direct sunlight. They're iron free — and if you ever do press them, never iron directly over the sequins.
