The sleeves have cut-out lace — does my arm show through?

Yes, and that's the design. The lace panels are openwork, so your skin shows through the pattern on the lower sleeve. The body of the shirt is a different story — it's non-sheer and opaque, so nothing shows through there.

Can I breastfeed in it?

Yes. The front buttons are functional, not decorative — undo a few and you can nurse without lifting or pulling the whole shirt. It also means you can step out of it instead of pulling it over your head, which is easier on the sleeve lace.

How does it fit?

Roomy. The body is cut generously and falls smooth rather than fitted, with the volume concentrated in the blouson sleeves. The fabric doesn't stretch, so size by your bust — and because there's a lot of ease built in, most people find their usual size relaxed rather than tight.

How long is it?

23–24" (59–62cm) from the top of the shoulder to the hem. Our model is 158cm and wears the S — on her it ends around the top of the hip. Wear it out over high-waisted trousers, or tuck in just the front.

Where is the print placed?

The floral is concentrated through the upper body — shoulders, chest and collar — and fades out towards the hem, so the detail sits where people look. The lower sleeves and the hem stay plain white.

What do I wear it with?

White or cream trousers, as the model wears it, so the print and the lace stay the focus. Otherwise straight-leg jeans and flats for weekends, or a plain midi skirt for lunch. Skip bracelets — they catch on the lace.

How do I keep it looking new?

The lace is the part to protect: wash cool with whites inside a laundry bag so the openwork doesn't snag, button it up first, and skip the dryer. Hang to dry out of direct sunlight. A light press on low heat on the body is enough — go around the lace panels, not over them.
